I'd like to think Accessible Systems provides the best value in auto rotisseries. We have 14 different models to fit your needs and pocketbooks. We have other accessories to help make that restoration project a success. My wife and I and several workers depend on us providing value. We didn't become the largest seller of rotisseries by not providing value.
A value comparison, of course, means your comparing apples to apples, not oranges. That is the reason for us spending the time and money to evaluate competitors. What is sometimes claimed does not always hold up under scrutiny.
The sellers on ebay have a cost advantage, as they don't have the advertising bill of several thousand a month that we spend to make people aware of our products. However, we have a volume advantage that probably counteracts that. We have very deep discounts with our shippers (70% +), not the 40% discount we paid for one rotisserie shipment to us.
In all three units we evaluated, I took the materials and made our standard cut/drill sheet which contains a cost, weight calculation. I would price the same product built in our shop with similar or better material for the same or less money. So if you like one of those other folks units, we'll build you one for $50 less.
We have a powder coating arrangement with a good supplier down the road a few miles. You can get any color you want as long as it's black or John Deere green or yellow. There will be reasonable extra charges for coating ranging from $200 for the AT+ or 1500 lbs. lift to $250 for a 2000-4000 lbs lift.
