This picture shows the pull tongue. It has both a T-handle and a loop which you can drop over a trailer ball, as has been done here. Note the outrigger stands at the end of the axles. These are only included on rubber tired versions to eliminate the little bit of rock in the tire when you're scraping undercoating, etc. The hard caster versions don't need them.
