Here is an adjustable height unit with hard casters. This will pickup a car body or frame right off a set of jack stands (12" or so).

Here is a fixed height version with no center connector tongue at all. Our end units are vary stable without the CT, but don't roll anywhere but on a flat floor (no trailers, ramps, etc.)
